When you are in Makanplace in Ngeeann Poly(NP), be sure to check out the stall Japanese Cuisine for their famous dish known as Kaki Fuyong. It consists of just a simple egg omelette on a hot plate, sauced up and then finish it with a few dices of crispy chicken.
Even though the dish looks simple and plain, the food is deliciously good, resulting in its ever staying popularity level among the students. For example, the omelette itself is not that simple. It tasted salty, yet sweet at the same time. One reason could be the sauce, in which enhanced the fragrances of the dish by ten fold. The chicken itself tasted awesomely good, with a sweet and crunchy feeling tingling in your mouth. I've tried this food before. It is very nice. Its no doubt the best out of the 3 variation (prawn/oyster).
